To return a new or unused item, email us at customerservice@shopbadaboom.com or call us at 1-713-562-4577. Let us know the reason for the return and we will send you a Return Identification Number and a prepaid return label. Returns are only offered for new or unused merchandise.
We allow a 20-Day Return Window (from the ship date) for Domestic Orders. The return must be received by the 20th day. Please note that International Orders and Custom Orders are not eligible for returns.
The items must be repacked in its original packaging. Upon receipt of returned merchandise,BadaBOOM reserves the right to deny a refund if it does not meet the return policy requirements.
Merchandise returned to BadaBOOM will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
Custom Orders are not refundable
Original expedited shipping costs are not refundable.
